I am supposed to be doing my pile of holiday homework but I was too lazy so I came to blog instead! Haha. :)
I went for some last-minute-informed YOG briefing today. At first, I thought it was some random briefing to tell you your scope of job. Guess what it turned out to be? Yes, socialising session. It was like orientation in HC all over again. The awkwardness, the forced smiles and all.... Save me from the misery!
Oh well, at least the trainer made a huge effort to entertain us. :) Kudos to Mr Herman. When I reached there, they told me to like sit somewhere else. But I didnt want to abandon Hazel and leave her alone, so I pointed at her. And some teacher had to make news of it and say we were in a relationship. LIKE WHAT THE HELL?!?!?!?! Forget it, I should just face the fact that I am scandalous ):
After that was some mass socialising session.... Kind of idiotic but at least I did my best =/ Met the legendary twins that Keefe and Ryan Goh have told me so much about: Xifan and Ximian. Haha, they really look quite alike. But yeah, I know some people must be rolling their eyes saying, "Twins what..." Haha,so sorry, some twins dont look like each other can? Even more interesting, I recognised Yan Ling! Haha, but apparently, she didnt recognise me and Hazel, still come ask me," Oh, so you are the guy with the girlfriend!" SERIOUSLY, I DONT HAVE A GIRLFRIEND FOR GOD SAKE!
Then, was some presentation here and there, getting contacts from as many people as possible for some work in the booklet of YOG volunteers. Ended with some group photo. Oh well...
After the briefing was lunch with Hazel and Yuh Chyi! Haha, I was right about them clicking well together :) This is good, my friends are going to know each other pretty soon. And I gotta admit, Yuh Chyi is either observant or has perfect sixth sense. ;D she knows what I am talking about! Haha, but dont say out hor!!!. :)
Then, took the MRT with Yuh Chyi and told her about my 'gangster' past. Haha, joke stuff. All the childish fights I got to. Haha. Big contrast from now! Last time was look innocent then fight a lot. Now is look like gangster never fight. Hehe, which one do you all prefer? Haha!
Oh well, I need to start on my work soon. So...
